We know that becoming part of the TBT community can create financial burdens for young families.  To minimize those burdens, TBT offers the following membership opportunities for young families:

  • Individuals, 30 years or younger and/or with children Bet age or younger, may join TBT for two years without incurring an obligation to pay membership dues and shall be considered Voting Members of the Congregation.  The member must start paying into the Building Fund no longer than three years after they begin as members.  Tuition for the Religious School must be paid during the dues-free time period.
  • If a family starts with their oldest child in the Gimel class (3rd grade), they will receive one year of non-voting membership privileges included with the payment of Religious School tuition.

If a member finds themselves in challenging financial circumstances, there is a confidential way to seek consideration. Please email Adam Miller,  TBT Finance Chair.
